Resource Manager - Resource Analyst - Consultancy - Professional Services
We are currently looking for a Resource Manager for a contract role based in Paris . Fluency in both French and English is a necessity.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting, managing and communicating detailed resource requirements
- Understand the tools available in order to support reporting and provide statistical trend data as needed for management
- Coach managers on best practices related to open requirements
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of consulting skills sets
- Screen and make recommendations on candidate selection
- Proactive identification of resources to present for open requirements through a variety of methods
- Proactive identification of resourcing issues and provide recommendations for resolutions
- Understand policies regarding partner usage and operate within these guidelines
- Responsible for data integrity related to assigned requirements and schedules
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong people management skills
- Strong analytical
- Minimum 5 years experience in Resource Management/Consulting Professional Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with MS Office applications
