Senior Support Analyst - Lichfield - Up to £38,000A Senior Support Analyst is required to join a Lichfield based market leading organisation.
You will monitor the servers within the server room to make sure all the services are running properly.
As a Senior Support Analyst you will identify and carry out service improvements as well as resolve any network related issues.
In order to be successful you will have experience in the following:
VMware ESXi 5 and 6
VMware View 5
VMware Horizon
VMware VCentre
EMC SAN, specifically VNX/VNXe
Windows Server 2003 and above
Active Directory 2000 and above
DNS, DHCP, DFS Management, PowerShell
HP Blade Systems
Cisco Layer 2 and 3 Switches
Cisco ASA Firewall
VMWare experience and a good understanding of Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 switches is ESSENTIAL for this role.
