Interim Financial Controller - London - 3 months - £NEG per day - 4 Days per Week

My healthcare client is looking for an experienced interim Financial Controller.

Role:

- Preparation and Review of Month End Accounts

- Management Information and Analysis

- Project work - recent projects Share Option Valuation & Subsidiary Set Ups

- Audit and Financial Reporting

- VAT and Tax (supported by Auditors)

- Treasury - payments, management of banking relations

- Group Structure and Intercompany agreements

Experience:

- You will ideally be ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA Qualified

- Previously held a Financial Controller position (3+ Years)

- NHS experience is advantageous but not essential
