Voice Engineer / Telephony Engineer Cisco Finesse/Jabber Engineer / Senior Network Engineer required to work with a growing consultancy based in Liverpool ASAP.Contract role: 3 months
Rate: £ per day
Location: Liverpool
Start date: ASAP
My client has recently won business to implement and support Jabber and Finesse technologies for their new customers. You will be working in a team of 5 Voice Engineers, and you'll be involved in designing, developing, delivering and supporting IP telephony systems and experienced in Cisco environments ranging from 50 to 2000+ users.
As a Voice Engineer / Telephony Engineer you will have strong contact centre experience and be able to take a leading role on large implementation projects with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
Key skills:
Cisco telephony and telecoms experience
CCNA/CCNP desirable
Strong contact center experience
Experience working with Jabber and/or Finesse technology
Excellent communication skills
