Description
Description- The HR Transformation Program at contains a series of projects that further support and enable overall transformation within the Human Resources space.
- This posting is requesting for a intermediate-to-senior Project Manager to manage several initiatives within the Compensation Management project of the broader program.
- Working with the Compensation management team to develop the overall project charter and project plan containing the initiatives within the Compensation Management area.
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives
- Manage and drive to the project schedule and milestones
- Execute the project's governance and make any improvements to the governance throughout the program
- Be accountable for the project financials and work with the team to report on the project's financial health on a monthly basis
- Proactively communicate with the HR Transformation Program and key stakeholder groups on a regular basis
- Manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate with various IS and business stakeholders to manage program risks and drive resolution on program issues
- Ensure the program follows standard methodologies, including DIAL (similar to PMI standards) and Release Management methodologies
- Provide Project Management support to another project within the HR Transformation Program (10% of time)
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of IT Project Management experience (7+ years is preferred)
- Previous experience managing projects with financial budgets of at least $1.5MM
- Experience in "organizational agility", or the ability to successfully navigate through the organization to drive to the end result
- Previous experience managing vendors
- Experience working with remote teams across geographies
- Knowledge of Domain or HR systems is nice-to-have
