IT Governance Consultant
IT Governance Consultant required for a project with a leading bank in Stockholm, Sweden.
Processes around sourcing, validation etc, of Market Data are not centralized across the client. In many respects, each division/department/team is responsible for the Market Data it is using. This results in inconsistencies as well as duplication of work and costs.
A common approach towards market data is required, including services that secure, clean, build/derive the data and make it available across the value chain. Therefore a project that will deliver a well-documented specific market data ownership structure for data management across the value chain has been setup. In addition, the project will ensure market data traceability. The solution will support both raw and derived market data.
The consultant will act as a business analyst uncovering the requirements for Market Data from Front Office. Furthermore the consultant will represent the Front Office in the project group delivering the required material, attending required meetings etc.
Consultant will partly work together with senior person from business, but is expected to be able to act independently without constant supervision.
Expected duration is 6-12 months with possibility of prolonging
Candidates with below areas of knowledge will be preferred:
- Financial Market Data - understanding the different asset classes and the nature of these
- Has worked within a Markets organisation before
- Scrum projects
- Collecting requirements and convert these user stories
