Provide 2nd line support on a large panel of technologies and Hardware to local users )
Registration of requests/tickets creation
Guaranty a fast and efficient customer service
Provide a diversified service Windows 7
Active Directory accounts incidents resolution
Patching
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 1 year of Service Desk experience
Excellent German and/or Swiss German
Customer focus
Team Player
