IT Support Specialist, Tier 2 & 3 - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB #5026
6 - 8 week contract assignment $20hr - $23hr
Cleveland Company is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a short term contract assignment. Primary responsibility will be to provide 2nd & 3rd tier support to end users as well as support to tier one technicians in a Help Desk environment. Install Internet Explorer 11 on up to 60 desktop computers.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or equivalent work experience
3+ years of working as a PC Technician in a Microsoft operation system environment.
Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager and Altiris Notification Server a plus.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
