Responsibilties:
1. Responsible For CS Maintenance
troubleshooting
health check
version upgrade/update
rectification
network turning
2. Develop, review and approve all change requests that impact on the core network domain. Implement/oversee the implementation of core network change requests as necessary.
3. Core entwork Technical issues and risk management, KPI analysis and optimization
4. In consultation with the Problem Manager, investigate network problems - develop problem work-arounds, final technical solutions etc to ensure that service restoration SLAs are met.
Requirements:
1. Good at CS call flow and configuration with problem analysis.
2. Familiar with core network products 'MSOFTX3000/UMG8900/IGWB/M2000 and knowledge.
3. Familiar with maintenance tools, such as VTS/TOOLKITS, Navigator with problem analysis.
4. working experience on GU-CS more than 3 years
5. Have the well English for read, write and speak, good communication with customer
6. Language skills - fluency (written and verbal) in English - essential.
7. Language skills - fluency (written and verbal) in either Chinese or French - desirable.
