E-discovery, Electronic Discovery & Forensic Technologies
- Experience with collection technology and eDiscovery and Forensic Principles;
- Experience within an e-discovery or litigation support environment at Manager level
- Experience of operating eDiscovery process in complex global Financial institution
- Certified and/or suitably trained on eDiscovery principles
- Knowledge of basic database concepts
- Knowledge of various data type collection processes; Mail, IM, Voice, Database, Unstructured sources
- Knowledge and experience of computer forensics, including software applications like EnCase, FTK, Nuix and dtSearch.
- Knowledge of document review platforms (eg Relativity, iCONECT, Recommind, Stratify, Clearwell, Autonomy).
- Experience of the e-discovery process, including the skills to consult with clients on each stage of the e-discovery life cycle.
- Awareness of procedures for data extraction from common email containers such as PST and NSF files to support data collection quality
- Knowledge of Project Management technique.
- SME to work across eDO function supporting all Data Types and Delivery.
- Validating the quality of delivery and completeness of delivered data.
- Support Delivery Manifest across all data types to provide clarity to downstream processing teams on data collections
- Validate delivery in line with globally defined processes
- Support Incident response and high priority collection requests.
