Our well established financial services client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Service Advisor to join their team based in Central Birmingham. You will engage with clients regarding changes that will affect their current online banking facility.
Key Responsibilities:- You will have responsibility for providing clients with support and guidance through their migration journey from the banks existing online platform to the new channel, validate clients existing data to ensure their future needs are met by the business, enter and extract data onto a central online tracker accurately and to a timely manner as well as following established processes, practices and guidelines.
Essential skills:- You should have a demonstrable history providing first rate customer service and have ideally worked within the financial services sector, Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
