CONTRACT COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - TRAINING - BANKING - LONDON
My client, a high profile Financial Services organisation, is urgently seeking a Communications Manager to support a key change programme for their Commercial Bank.
Location: London
Duration: 6 months+
Rate: £400/day
Key Responsibilities

  • Comms lead for Commercial Bank working with the overall Programme comms lead.
  • Understanding the change and understanding who needs to know about the changes within the Commercial Bank
  • Draft a strategy in conjunction with the Programme team to outline approach, whether it is comms or training or a combination, audience, timelines, stakeholders & delivery media & have strategy signed off by business stakeholders
  • Produce regular status reports to update on progress, including a plan on a page.

Experience

  • Experienced in a similar comms role - ideally with experience of Training also
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety & level of stakeholders
  • Ability to plan work effectively & potentially work to tight deadlines
  • Experience within a Commercial Bank & working on colleague comms & straightforward training would be an advantage.
