Description
We are looking for an IT Analyst with a Retail Banking background or experience for an initial 4 months assignment in Stockholm Sweden.
The analyst will act as a Business analyst within Retail Banking in order to support a current initiative in defining and implementing a Sales Performance multi-channel follow-up strategy and subsequent solution.
The resource will be part of a maturation team, providing QA and expert knowledge within below requirement areas;
- Cross industry best practice multi-channel implementation strategy
- Multi-Channel Strategy and solution development
- Enterprise Performance Management
- Performance metrics definitions and reporting
- Customer journey mapping
