Job Purpose
To co-ordinate, prepare and analyse comprehensive management and financial information and where appropriate, support a defined area of the business unit and/or supervise the day to day activities of a team.
Skills
- Qualified Accountant.
- Retail Banking or Financial Services experience.
- Strong excel skills
- Business transformation experience
- Pragmatic and flexible approach with ability to focus on the detail as well as the wider picture
Responsibilities to include
- First point of contact for the portfolio for any financial queries or request.
- Monthly reporting across the portfolio including assistance with journals and accruals, consolidation and review of workstream forecasts
- Review and understanding of workstream forecasts and actuals - key point of contact for Portfolio Director
- Business case preparation and review
- MI and reporting for Steerco and other governance forums
- Ownership of financial governance and processes across the portfolio Strong communication or stakeholder management skills.
