Your tasks:
- Preparation and presentation of the budget for internal and external costs
- Capital expenditure
- Preparing and presentation of the monthly and full year financial results
- Preparation and presentation of the Long Term Plan/Strategy Plan
- Support of project leaders in tracking their project costs
- Manage the intercompany money transfer
- Preparing invoices, rebookings and forecasts
- Closely monitor costs (internal, external, travel, personnel)
- Risk and opportunities management
- Preparing Ad-hoc Reports and follow-up reports in all financial areas
- Managing and forecasting of write-offs of expired and close to expire materials
- Acting as Financial compliance guard
Your qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Good SAP knowledge
- Fluency in English
- German knowledge would be beneficial
