Infrastructure Support Engineer jobs in London - security vetting involvedThis is a security cleared role so you'll need to have lived and worked in the UK for the past five years.
The client in question is undergoing a period of considerable transformation across numerous disciplines both technical and non-technical. You'll be primarily responsible for the authorisation and monitoring of access to IT facilities and infrastructure, including the investigation of unauthorised access, compliance with legislation and other duties relating to security management.
You will resolve issues with regards to classification, prioritisation and initiation of action, documentation of root causes and implementation of remedies to prevent future incidents.
Key technical experience you will need in order to qualify:
- Active Directory
- AD administration tools
- SCCM 2012
- Server 2012
- DHCP
The client operates according to ITIL best practices so previous experience with ITIL is desirable.
