Description

Global leading generic and specialty pharmaceutical company based in North Dublin is seeking a QC Specialist to join their QC team within their brand new state of the art manufacturing facility in Dublin.

It is an exciting growth phase for this organisation and there is significant expansion plans for this brand new Dublin manufacturing facility which is home to their brand new Respiratory product line. The new Dublin offices where the QA team is based have been recently fitted with modernly decorated meeting and board rooms and a brand new subsidised canteen which is provides the same food as a popular lunch delicatessen based in Dublin city centre.

The role
  • Approval and Release of Analytical data
  • Generation, completion, review and approval of protocols - Method Validation/Development/Verification/Transfer and Instrument Validation
  • Management of Technical Transfer, Compendia Verification and Method Validation
  • Performing, scheduling and approval of calibrations and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Ensuring timely completion of Laboratory Investigation and deviations
  • Acting as a lead investigator for laboratory investigations
  • Ensuring all related procedures and documentation are completed and maintained in line with GMP and Site procedures
  • Competing non-routine / complex assignments and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to site policies/procedures, GMP and environmental, health and safety regulations


Requirements;

The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree alongside a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical Laboratory. Experience in method transfer/verification/validation would be advantageous.
