Description
Our client in the financial sector is currently looking for an Configuration Project Manager. French is essential together with English and/or Dutch. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to demonstrate solid 5 years+ working experience as a Project Manager.
The Configuration Project Manager is responsible for:
- Identify, Describe and Assign "SMART" objectives to stakeholders for execution of project and team work where team members are in a functional line rather than a hierarchical line
- Apply Best-in-Class industry Project Management guidelines, methodologies (ie WBS, SWOT analysis, )
- Build and Get validation of timeline, work plan against requirements and constraints
- Ensure projects are completed within a certain set of restraints (quality, time, money, people and materials)
- Ensure projects fulfil to BNP Paribas Fortis guidelines, regulations and policies
- Ensure that project are on track in term of milestones met and dedicated/shared resources availability
- Ensure that project deliverables are compliant with expected requirements and delivered on time
The Configuration Project Manager will also:
- Conduct regular driving/steering meeting
- Have the ability to structure and write Meeting Minutes
- Challenge project stakeholders on current or foreseen issue
- Assess project related risk issues
- Continuously monitor projects progress against objectives, status, time lines and expected outcomes
- Ensure regular accurate reporting to Management at different levels (Operational, Strategic, Exec)
- Motivate the project team and any involved stakeholder
- Interacting with people, recognize emotions in others, and empathize with others.
- Build strong relationships to get the most out of their project team stakeholder
- Think in ways outside of the norm and identify multiple solutions to problems
Main objectives and deliverables to be achieved are:

Achieve acceptable quality of the data contained in the CMDB to support an effective move of applications to the new Data Center.

Delivery of a target e2e architecture for the Configuration Management system across BNPPF and the external Infra responsible (BP²I)

Planning, delivery of implementation of requirements for functional evolution of CMDB

Delivery of representation of new technologies (V-Blocks, P-Blocks, Cloud) in the CMDB

Planning of activities with technical teams to configure new Infra in CMDB
This will further involve :

Coordinating of contribution Configuration Coordinators, Technical Assets responsible, Business Services/Business Function responsible

Coordinate Configuration Managers and Tooling team responsible for CMDB evolution.

Working intensively with the external responsible for the Infra and the Data Center BP²I.

Report to Team Lead Configuration Management (sponsor) and Project Manager for data Center move project.
