There is an exciting opportunity for a Continuing Healthcare nurse assessor to join a continuing healthcare team in West Yorkshire. My client is looking for either a registered General Nurse a Registered Mental Health Nurse or a dual qualified nurse, to work on the Retrospective reviews and Appealed cases.
In this role you will be required to carry out the Retrospective reviews and appeals, using the DST framework and CHC Checklist to review past cases and appeals then make a recommendations upon the findings. Previous continuing healthcare roles is essential, as you will be actively using the DST framework and the checklist.
