EMEA Payroll Team Leader

Bank of America is currentrly looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Team Leader based in Camberley

Working as one of two Team Leaders in the EMEA Payroll Team you will be an experienced EMEA Payroll Team Leader/Supervisor who will jointly lead and support 6 Payroll Specialists to process payrolls for approximately 20 countries across the region as well as several Expat Payrolls.

The role will involve:
* Checking, reviewing and approving the payrolls.
* Being the first escalation point and assisting in resolving any issues that arise within the appropriate timescale.
* Ensuring that the payroll team are processing the payrolls as efficiently and effectively as possible,
* Supporting the Payroll Manager in leadership, coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
* Exemplary attention to detail and the ability to get things right first time.
* Co-ordinating the Year End processes.
* Playing an active role in managing software updates/upgrades ie planning, testing and implementing.

The ideal candidate will have worked at Supervisory/Team Leader role, have experience of processing payrolls across multiple EMEA countries and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a professional and challenging environment. Personable, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
