Description
An experienced Communications Administrator is required to work on an IT technology change project, initially for 5 months with a possibility of extension, based in Leeds.
Your main responsibilities will be to provide a full administrative/scheduling support function which includes, but is not limited to, co-ordinating and issuing all communications in line with the project plan, tracking and monitoring the communications tracker, scheduling and managing communication events and monitoring the shared mailbox.
Excellent written, organisational and communications skills are essential together with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work on your own initiative. You must also have a sound working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) and have a flexible approach.
Strong previous administrative experience is essential, together with previous experience of working on IT projects in a co-ordination/scheduling role.
