SAP Cutover Manager - SAP HR - SAP Upgrades - HR Business Processes

Our well known media client requires an SAP Cutover Manager to join the SAP HR Upgrade project team. The aim of the project is to upgrade the current SAP HR R/3 estate to the latest version (ECC 6). It will be a technical upgrade so no new functionality will be introduced.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on client-side cutover planning and activity
- Assume a quality assurance role with respect to the cutover planning and activity of the third party supplier
- Monitor cutover progress and communicate to the lead project manager, including status and issues
- Engage and communicate with the business
- Carry out analysis of impacted business processes and business continuity options
- Produce key documents including a client side cutover plan, communications plan, record of business continuity procedures and interface schedule for the cutover period
- Liaise with the project test managers with regard to testing activities during the cutover period
- Ensure any adverse impact of the cutover on the business is managed and mitigated as far as possible
Required Experience
- Proven Cutover Management experience with and excellent understanding of SAP HR functionality and related business processes
- Knowledge of the SAP landscape
- Knowledge of the tools and techniques associated with cutover planning and management
- Familiarity with a variety of formal Business/Technical Analysis tools and techniques
- Cutover Management, especially of large upgrades or implementations of SAP
- Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, team member resources, and external third party groups
