Internal Car Sales Executive - Fixed Term Contract to 12 Months £23,000 Basic £34,000 OTE

Plus great benefits JOB ROLE Generating orders from within the existing and new Retail customer portfolio through pro-actively managing a lead pipeline. Duties include managing the sales process from start to finish, liaising with drivers on the benefits of the scheme and car choices, processing finance applications where applicable and providing support within the wider Retail team. You will be responsible for achievement of team and individual targets. ENVIRONMENT Dynamic, fast paced team, focused on the achievement of set targets and providing excellent customer service. Using extensive industry, finance and customer scheme knowledge to effectively highlight benefits vs marketplace comparisons to the available audience. You must be driven to over achieve and progress within the role, have a genuine interest and broad and technical knowledge of vehicles as well as a broad understanding of finance products across the industry.

Skills Required
Essential Skills are: Excellent sales and customer service skills needed, Be able to influence when faced with objections, Proven ability to achieve set sales targets and SLA's, Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high attention to detail.
