Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.
We're looking for an experienced Programme/Project Manager for a long-term assignment on contracting basis for my client's delivery unit.
Tasks
- Plan, Monitor and control program/project progress (schedule, budget, scope, quality)
- Identify, analyse and manage all relevant stakeholders
- Identify, analyse, mitigate and monitor program/project risks
- Decision board (Program board/STC) moderation and preparation
- Staff and manage program/project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners)
- Program/Project reporting according guidelines
- Provide regular communication to the stakeholder according to the defined communication plan
Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading global IT programmes/projects within the Financial Services sector (ideally Private Banking)
- Financial industry background (preferably within the client relationship management sector)
- PM certification such as PMI, PMP, etc.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies)
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- In-depth knowledge of document management systems
- In-depth knowledge of client on-boarding processes and client relationship management
- Change management experience in driving organizational changes taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive, resilient and reliable personality
- Fluency in German & English (written & spoken)
This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm.
Start Date is ASAP
The assignment duration is planned for 12 months with optional prolongation.
