A large Public Sector organisation are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Test Analyst, to work on a CRM< Upgrade project with them over the next 6 months.To be considered for the Test Analyst role you should have experience of:
- Experience of upgrading a medium to large corporate system.
- Experience of leading a large complex testing programme.
- Experienced in systems, regressions, integration and user acceptance testing in a Quality Assurance environment.
- Producing test strategies/plans, designing test cases, producing and executing test scripts, documenting results, and defect reporting and management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the business with good interpersonal engagement.
- Experience of test management tools.
- Support end users during user acceptance testing and training needs.
- Produce good quality documentation.
- Qualification in Software testing and demonstrable experience of hands on testing.
- Ability to work across multiple teams, with people of varying styles and manages dependencies efficiently.
- Strong spirit of innovation, self-starter, independent, and with ability to come up with comprehensive test cases.
