Description
Financial Reporting Specialist (IBM TM1/Cognos) wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.Your tasks:
- Processing data for internal and external reporting processes, products, segments and legal entity reports with IBM TM1/Cognos
- Interacting with offshore teams
- Interacting with the clients to collate requirements and specifications, accompanying the following development and testing new or amended functionalities
- Maintaining the data models in the data cubes to cope with new or changed reporting requirements
- Managing and improving data interfaces by designing, implementing, maintaining and automating interface functionalities
- Supporting the other teams in RAS to ensure time-to-market and accurate reporting set-up by efficient and accurate database queries into formatted tables
Your experience/skills:
- Extensive reporting knowledge in management and financial reporting systems (IBM TM1/Cognos, or Hyperion, SAP)
- 5++ years work experience in financial reporting, controlling or an accounting environment, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with different stakeholders
- Ability to interact professionally with onshore analysis and reporting teams and with reporting teams in the offshore hub and IT
- University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or Finance
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
