I currently have an urgent role for an Assistant Marketing Manager to work in Personal Lending Credit Cards Customer Marketing.
This will be within the Credit Cards and Loans Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Manager. This position has no direct reporting line. The team have been given huge targets for this year, so there will be need for additional support, very much focused on cards. This position will be for 12 months, the rate will be around £200-£250 per day.
They are looking for:

• an experienced campaign manager, with knowledge of the full end to end process,
• you will need to have exceptional communication skills as they will be liaising with stakeholders,
• someone with a strong background in delivering multi-media campaigns.
• a lot of the activity that we do is DM based so they would need to have a firm grasp of the process behind delivering these types of large campaigns.
• financial services background would be preferable within a credit card environment but this is not mandatory
• good overview of acquisition strategies
• background of working closely with stakeholders eg commercial, legal, compliance etc
• ideally someone who has proven experience in delivering complex direct marketing campaigns and will take ownership and deliver campaigns to challenging deadlines.

The successful candidate will be working with internal tools, so no particular technical abilities required. A degree/diploma in Marketing would be advantageous, but relevant experience would be acceptable.
