Supplier Contract and Commercial Performance Advisor
My insurance client in the City require a Commercial and Contract Advisor to work on a 12 months contract based in the City.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and advise on all supplier contract and commercial performance activity within the agreed portfolio of projects, including
*Contract interpretation
*Contract issue and risks
*Contract change
Support for third party sourcing within the agreed portfolio of projects including
*Negotiations
*Contract and schedule drafting
Key Skills/Experience Required
*Supplier relationship
*Understanding of Contract law
*Working within major change environments
*Contract (Schedules) drafting and negotiation
*Project dynamics
*Running end to end RFP processes
*Planning and reporting within the context of contract management
*Stakeholder management
*Attention to detail
*Decision making and independent working within the given role parameters
