Description of work:
- Capture the information of current systems (between start and end of March)
- Support of the current systems (work in a team of 4 persons in France)
- Usage of Windows, Citrix, storage systems, VmWare etc..
- Execute assigned tasks in the context of a Service desk/Desk-top management shared service roll-out project
- Document and report
