Initial 5 weeks with a view to extend or go Permanent
£8-12 per hour (Possible stretch for the right person)
My client, a global organisation with a huge presence in the retail market is keen to bring on an enthusiastic and intelligent 1et Line Support Analyst for their growing IT Team.
They are looking for someone that can support their large user base and clients with excellent customer service throughout. You will be someone that is keen, hardworking and able to work on your own initiative.
The key skills are:
1-2 years 1st line support experience.
Good IT Skills.
Good Microsoft skills
Active Directory
Excellent communication
Ability to pick things up quickly
Enthusiastic about the retail environment.
