Description
CMMS ManagerOur biopharmaceutical client is currently looking for a CMMS specialist to support them during a large site remodelling program. You will be responsible for ensuring FDA compliance of the CMMS system, establishing remediation plans and supporting maintenance on a daily basis.
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Duration: 6 months initially
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of the CMMS system with regards to FDA and GMP regulations.
- Create a gap analysis and establish a remediation plan in order to resolve issues and ensure the compliant daily running of the system.
- Support ongoing works and determine work order requirements as well as equipment downtime requirements.
- Ensure the information provided for new equipment is complete.
- Provide cost estimates and safety analysis on maintenance work orders.
- Shutdown co-ordination and planning.
- Secure all work permits and parts required for planned maintenance contract work.
- Assume leadership role in the scheduling and planning of shutdown maintenance activities and as well as in the supervision of contract labour.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with a CMMS in a GMP regulated environment.
- Knowledge of FDA requirements for maintenance systems.
- Solid relevant work experience in a Maintenance Planner role in the Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and training skills as well as organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
- Fluent English language skills, German language skills are an advantage.
