Description
I am currently working with a global Pharmaceutical organisation who is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. You will initially be working on a 9 month contract in Cork, Ireland.As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your job is to be primarily responsible for the wholesale distribution activities of the site and ensuring Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines are adhered to at all times. You will also be responsible for carrying out tasks and projects related to management of Quality.
Your key skills / experience will include:
> Customer focus
> A minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality, manufacturing, validation or compliance role within the biological and/or pharmaceutical industry > Experience in Good Distribution Practice regulations, working as a Responsible Person or a Deputy Responsible Person
> Knowledgeable of FDA/EMEA regulatory requirements applicable to biologics and/or pharmaceuticals. Ability to apply GMP regulations and other FDA and international guidelines to all aspects of the position > Bachelor's Degree in a scientific/technical discipline required
> Decision making skills
