For a major IT project in the context of implementing a new I&AM platform, we are currently looking for an Organizational Change Management Coordinator to work full time in Basel area.


Purpose / Location
The role will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program Lead within the I&AM area. The job holder will support the OCM Lead and play a key role in ensuring the CIDM for Identity Lifecycle Management project meet its objectives on time and to budget by increasing the adoption and usage of the new platform by internal stakeholders. The focus will be on stakeholder management and creating and delivering and monitoring the effectiveness of change communications related to the new and changed processes for digital identity and identity entitlements handling. The job holder will be expected to use various communication channels and will also identify and support the creation of training materials. The OCM Coordinator will also provide direct support and coaching to various stakeholders as they move through the transition to the new platform. The change coordinator will also support project teams with integrating the change management activities into their project plans.

Working language is English. High proficiency in working virtually is essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
- Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
- Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the project
- Assess the change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
- Support training efforts

Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, potentially also San Francisco)

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 year experience in end-to-end Change Management projects
- Strong coordination skills Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company (global environment)
- Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite.
- Experience of working in IT project implementation projects

Please note: Since this is a very large and complex IT implementation, the Hiring Manager is looking for a specific kind of person that is strong and senior enough to handle demanding situations. The candidate shall be comfortable to work under pressure.
