Your tasks:
- Support and consult business owners in procuring goods and services
- Implement procedures and guidelines and appropriate controls
- Ensure subsequent adherence to implemented procedures and guidelines
- Handle request, selection und negotiations of large and/or complex contracts with suppliers
- Manage projects independently
- Create, review and draft contracts and settle invoices
- Mix of operative and strategic tasks
Your qualifications
- Profound experience with contract drafting/redlining/negotiation in the IT software category
- Strong analytical skills in relation to Software contracts and procurement processes
- Good knowledge of common licensing models and associated contractual structures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions
- Attention to detail as well as strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
