Financial Controller, IT Projects - CAR, SAP PS/CO/FI/BI
Superb, globally renowned, Pharmaceutical company, require a Financial Controller for IT Projects, based at their office in Prague.
This is a Finance IT role ensuring a successful and seamless financial process execution for IT Projects that is compliant to the company rules and guidelines.
Main responsibilities are: Global support and guidance of countries' finance departments regarding IT Project execution, Monthly closing and Project conclusion process. Such are in particular: IT Investment/Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) set-up, Project financials including cost booking, re-booking, accruals, Inter-company invoicing and charge-out of IT Project costs to customer.
Monthly reporting of global project spending, tracking of CAR progress, Variance tracking (Actual spend vs. approved CAR amount and yearly budget), benefits tracking
Required experience:
-University Degree in Finance/MBA/Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling or similar certificate
- Business Planning and Analyses
- Project controlling and reporting
- Advanced SAP knowledge (PS/CO/FI/BI)
- Cost management
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to think critically, challenge conclusions and underlying assumptions
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, PPT)
