Description
Workday Implementation, training and process change skills required:
Conduct discovery sessions with client to determine pain points and diagnose how Workday can provide value
Assist on Configuration of the system, document work and walk through business processes with customer
Confirm with all necessary stake holders that all requirements are met
Conduct all training needs analysis (TNA) and implement & follow through with training plan
Train all Staff across all implemented Workday modules as well as assisting with the process change from "as is" to "to be"
Act as Finance and HR Functional SME to all customer user during implementation and training.
