Description
A Senior Finance and Commercial Manager is required for a major organisation's Technology contracts portfolio.
Role:
- You will work closely with the Partnership Director and ensure contract & financial governance is created and sustained.
- You will work with the Business Development Director by taking an active lead in the finance and commercial elements of the growth agenda whilst ensuring that governance is in place for all approved bidding spend.
- You will work as a business partner to set direction for the business, delivery of financial plans, oversight of commercial risk, championing of company financial and governance processes and will ensure that financial data is reported in an open and transparent way.
- You will operate an open and collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Professional finance qualification (CA or CIMA)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organisation
- Experience of supporting and leading business change projects
- Experience of review contractual agreements
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent commercial judgement
- Business partnering experience within a multi-functional team
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence effective outcomes
- Good understanding of contract management and service delivery
- You will operate to the highest ethical and professional standards
- An excellent communicator and listener
- You will have proven experience contributing to the business as a leader.
