OPERATIONS ANALYST - SECURITIES SERVICING
Poole, Dorset - 6 months
An Operaitons Analyst is required to work within Securities Servicing for a high profile banking and asset management client in their offices in Dorset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve out of proof conditions through the generation of reports and necessary investigation of customer accounts, trust accounts, or daily security positions.
- Answer inquiries received from internal and external sources by various means of communication.
- Depending on the functional area this position may have a high exposure to sensitive financial transactions and liability up to $50,000,000.
- Perform other operational and recordkeeping duties within the department as required by management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and use of supporting documentation?
- Strong PC skills a must including the ability to manage multiple desktop programs at once. (ie Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Lotus Notes).
- Good mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written, a must. Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
