Description
A Key client of mine is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with a background in commissioning on a short term contract based in the North West.The Mental Health Clinical Commissioning Nurse will join a multi-disciplinary team and will support a team of Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessors.
The Mental Health Clinical Commissioning Nurse must have the following experience.
- Commissioning of complex care packages, Individualised Commissioning or Continuing Healthcare (CHC)
- Experience of Case Management
- Experience of Personal Health Budgets reviews
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
- Able to liaise with service providers
- Attend Continuing Healthcare Panels
