We are delighted to be supporting one of our hospitality clients based in Greater Manchester in their search for an interim Financial Controller for initially 6 months. The preference is to identify a fully qualified professional with a hospitality background, preferably achieved in the field of bars, restaurants and music venues, although other areas of hospitality will of course be considered. This particular business runs some of the most highly-rated bars/restaurants nationally and prides itself on its ability to attract some of the best professionals in the industry, both front-of-house and Back Office and as such will be particular in its efforts to entice not only an eminently qualified finance professional, but also an appreciator of good food, good music, and the purveyance of a fantastic customer experience within its portfolio of modern, super-cool venues.
Growth and popular demand has seen this business evolve at exciting pace and requires an adaptable professional that can absorb information quickly and take the helm of the finance function (4 direct reports), take ownership of the numbers (budgets/forecasts/group statutory reports, FP&A) and even support the group from a business-analysis/due diligence perspective as the business looks to potentially grow through acquisition.
