Description
Maintenance Systems Engineer required to join a global company for the implementation of a CMMS system on a new biotech site. The Maintenance Systems Engineer will deliver a functional CMMS (Maximo) system, support procedures and training to aid with the start-up of the new facility. This person will own the CMMS and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an effective system.Key responsibilities will include:
* Establish and deliver a functional CMMS (Maximo), including supporting procedures and delivery of training for approximately 60 Maximo users
* The Maximo set up will include managing the data transfer, validation and regulatory approval of Maximo and associated procedures.
* Play a major role in the development of site Asset Management strategy
* Participation in regulatory and corporate audits
* Develop maintenance spares policy and associated procedures
* Participating in the equipment and site turnover process to ensure compliance with company standards
* Work with Managers/Leaders in other functions on the development and improvement of site wide compliance and systems procedures
* Implementing paperless plant initiative for Maintenance activities
* Working with Corporate Engineering on roll out of new versions of CMMS/Systems issues improvements
* Developing a lean system for spare parts management that supports a high reliability plant
Requirements:
* The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor/Masters in Engineering, or related field.
* A minimum of 7 years' experience providing Maintenance systems solutions, including CMMS implementation and developing the associated procedures and training.
* Knowledge of paperless systems and setting up a Spares/Engineering Stores and/or calibration system is essential.
* Experience facilitating FMEA/RCA's would be added benefit
