Project Manager
Day Rate: £400- £475
Contract Role- 3 Months (opportunity to extend)
Central London Based
A leading Media Broadcaster is looking for a Project Manager to work on a business critical project, essentially a Citrix system update. The project itself is edging into the second phase of its lifecycle. Third parties were used to deliver the first phase of the project, and it is the project manager's duty to select and manage the third party professional service companies for the next phase of the project. The project manager will be responsible for the day to day activities of the project delivery and reporting into a wider programme of works under the Workplace and Infrastructure Delivery Roadmap.
Essential skills:
- At least 5-10 years end to end project management in infrastructure and user facing projects.
- Implementing Citrix
- PRINCE 2 certification or equivalent
- Business change experience
- Managing project change control
- Managing multiple project tasks
- Experience in personnel management
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An apple mac user
- Google Docs
- Cloud hosting of infrastructure
- Experience working with off shore teams
