Description

Responsibilities:
  • In addition to supporting global IL user base, working tickets, maintaining NARS roles and responsibilities the position produces reports and data extracts for regulatory and compliance assignments.
  • Monitoring the support inbox, will provide after hours support on call on a rotation basis for a month at a time, not a lot of additional work but just in case.
  • Entails answering customer calls, problem resolution. Multitasking, training customers on processes with Infolease.
  • Working tickets to support Infolease including accounting, security, reporting.
SKILLS:

Qualifications:
  • Must have InfoLease experience (current version 9F)
  • Must have Infotrieves reporting and Uniquery familiar with creating UATB
  • Someone who has worked Global customer service and support on InfoLease
  • Lease and Loan expertise
  • Accounting knowledge and process of accounting
  • InfoLease knowledge, financial products knowledge, UNI-Data & Unix experience (nice to have), Lease/Loan expertise and reporting background. Ideal candidate is someone who has worked on and Infolease or helpdesk role or a business role with InfoLease.
  • Soft Skills Required: customer service, be able to communicate very effectively in English with global partners, working within support team.
  • Misc: Degree is not required for this position.
