Description
A contract role has arisen in central Edinburgh for a Service Analyst with Financial Services experience. The candidate will be supporting the implementation of a live service, which involves supporting the Service Delivery Manager with a variety of service activities including the development and implementation of service models. The successful candidate will also be involved with production and maintenance of contractual Operations manual for the client.
Key requirements include:
*Financial services experience
*Experience of supporting the implementation of a "live service"
*Experience of developing and implementing service models
*Ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders
*Previous experience of supporting a Delivery Manager
