I am currently recruiting for a Delivery Manager to work out in Dublin for 5months starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities for Delivery manager
*Very good people management skills. Able to manage a wide range of skillsets (PMs, BAs, Technical, Testers, etc.) across a range of suppliers based both onshore and offshore.
*Escalation point and problem solver for issues raised by team.
*Excellent capacity planning skills as demand can vary as business priorities change.
*Good financial management skills.
*Good negotiation skills.
*Accountable for the programme management of regular releases of the payments engines/software in the Payments area.
*Ability to lead strategic transformation initiatives in the area, such as increased offshoring, process improvements (like increased test automation), etc.
*Familiar with BDM and its compliance requirements. Escalation point for non-compliance issues within Payments.
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to deal with multiple simultaneous ad hoc request on a daily basis.
*Experience of working in BOI and ChangeZone is mandatory.
*Ideally SEPA Payments experience.
Day Rate: 500 Eur
