General Insurance Product & Proposition Consultant, Farnborough, £285 per day
Our client, a large insurance organisation, would like to recruit the services of an experienced Product & Proposition Consultant to work Farnborough.
Required tasks:
- Lead small to medium sized product developments and to own and resolve issues on any development.
- Analyse key themes from a wide range of data sources in order to input into the development of refreshed and new propositions.
- Create, evaluate and analyse proposals for new business ideas, new lines of business and products that align with identified customer needs.
- Maintain the portfolio of existing products updating them in response to customer, regulatory, technical and competitive market changes.
- Support the identification and on-boarding of relevant third party suppliers to bring innovation to propositions offered.
- Support the development of TZW processes and lead the implementation of continuous improvement in the way propositions/products are designed and developed within relevant General Insurance policies and guidelines.
- Provide proposition relevant input to the Segment Operational Reviews.
Required skills:
- Previous experience with Products in general insurance - personal lines and commercial lines - Commercial is preference
- Delivering and refreshing propositions ideally in the Broker market - for example, the likes of Aviva, Allianz, AXA, AIG etc.
