INTERNAL AUDITOR - EDINBURGH or GLASGOW - 3 months
We have a fantastic opportunity with our public sector client for an experienced internal Auditor based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Working under the direction of an Internal Audit Manager, appointees will be expected to lead and manage (plan, perform and communicate the results from) audit engagements.
Potential engagements include:
- accounts payable and receivable;
- succession and skills planning;
- workforce planning;
- business continuity planning;
- data assurance and IT security;
- contract management;
- governance;
- budget sustainability and financial planning;
- capital expenditure;
- health and social care integration;
- and constitutional reform.
Experience/knowledge of European Structure Funds or European Verification and Compliance are desired but not essential.
