Currently I'm recruiter for the position of Service Manager.
As Partner Services Manager, you will be responsible for the enablement, fulfillment and life cycle maintenance of our client's partners. This means you will be fostering relationships, driving retention of partners and making sure that support is given to meet the partner's needs and answer their every question.
For the position the following experience is required:
- 4 year. experience in costumer facing service position
- Experience in deployments/implementations of new products -> procedure. Non technical
- Basic knowledge of Firewalling/Proxy Servers/Network Connections etc.
- Technical Aptitude -> Ability to translate tech requirements from client to partner solution.
- Fluent speaker in both English and German. Third language is a big plus.
You will work from Amsterdam or Berlin, given your personal preference.
