Description
Acuative are seeking a high-profile candidate to head a transition team for a Saudi based financial institution.
Key objectives are:
Responsibility for the overall leadership and governance of the Network Operations Centre during the transition of services from in-house to outsource supplier.
Directing the transition team during the current state discovery phase to review and assess current processes, ticket analysis and engineer skills.
Directing the transition team in developing and implementing new processes, identification of tool limitations and remediation projects
Directing the transition team in configuration of tools to alleviate issues
Continual monitoring of performance KPI's to ensure improvement targets are being achieved
Prioritisation and implementation of quick wins and remediation activities
Skills required:
10 years experience managing NOC environments
Solid knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem & Change Management Practices
