Acuative are seeking a high-profile candidate to be part of a transition team for a Saudi based financial institution.
Key objectives are:
Responsibility for the analysis of tickets handled by the NOC team
Development of service level commitments (SLC's)
Assessment of current resources and identification of resource and skills requirements for the future mode of operation
Assisting Program Transition Executive to identify quick wins and remediation activities
Skills required:
8 years experience managing NOC environments
Solid knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem & Change Management Practices
5 years experience of trouble ticketing systems
